REFUND Policy

Not satisfied with the quality of our product? We promise full refund/replacement for the items. If you are unsatisfied with our order, especially in terms of order damage, quality and taste, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the item with tags within 48 hours of delivery.

If there is any damage due to shipping, kindly WhatsApp the pictures / videos while opening the package to qualify only for replacement.

Unfortunately, Shri Mangalya Foods is not offering reverse pickup, you may have to self-ship the item through a reliable local courier service. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed with discount vouchers for a maximum amount of Rs.100. Please mention invoice number on the address label to the address mentioned below.

Further, We will issue refund of the order when you have not received the product for 15 business days within Tamil Nadu and 25 business days outside Tamil Nadu. Such instances will not consider “Door Locked” or “Unavailability” at customer’s end. Few Major Pandemic events which are beyond our control are exempted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Refund/Credit voucher will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse. The refund will be initiated only after receiving the product by us. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order. For partial return, we only process replacement options. Only full order returns subjected to conditions stated above qualifies for refund with exception of shipping charges. Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners. It may take up to 7 business days to 15 days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank).
